These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Qlivik ("Qlivik", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Qlivik (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Qlivik is an AI-assisted job-search tool. It helps you discover roles, build and tailor ATS-friendly résumés and cover letters, track applications, and prepare for interviews. Qlivik is an assistive tool — it supports your job search; it does not act as your employer, recruiter, or legal/career advisor.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login secure. You may sign in with email, Google, or Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Qlivik does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, salary outcomes, or any specific result. Hiring decisions are made by employers. ATS scores and fit estimates are advisory and vary by employer and parser.
You review and approve actions the agent takes on your behalf. Qlivik does not submit applications without your approval, except through channels you have explicitly enabled. You agree to provide truthful information; you are responsible for the content you approve and submit to employers.
Qlivik offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid plans include Active Search ($7.99 per week) and Premium ($59 per year), each starting with a 7-day free trial unless stated otherwise. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change with notice.
Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. Unless you cancel before the end of the current period (or before the trial ends), your subscription renews automatically and the payment method on file is charged for the next period. Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe; subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are billed and managed by Apple.
You can cancel anytime. Web subscriptions can be cancelled from Settings → Billing (the billing portal); App Store subscriptions are cancelled in your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. App Store purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating any law; infringing others' rights; uploading content you don't have the right to use; attempting to breach security or rate limits; scraping prohibited sources; or sending spam or deceptive outreach. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
You retain ownership of your résumé, documents, and other content you provide ("Your Content"). You grant Qlivik a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you (e.g., tailoring résumés, scoring, and submitting applications you approve). Qlivik will never fabricate experience, skills, dates, employers, or metrics — it only reorders, surfaces, and reframes the real information you provide.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Qlivik is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities or employment outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, which permanently removes your account and associated data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
We collect the information you give us to run your job search — your résumé, work history, target roles, region, and preferences — plus basic account and usage data needed to operate the Service.
Your data is used solely to hunt roles, tailor résumés, score against applicant tracking systems, and submit applications you approve. We do not sell your data and we do not use your résumé to train models for other customers.
Your résumé and personal documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. They are visible only to you and the systems acting on your behalf to do your job search.
We never sell your data. Applications are sent only to employers you approve. We work with named infrastructure and processing providers strictly to operate the Service, and only NON-personal information (such as company names and public role data) is used for public-web research.
You can export or permanently delete all of your data at any time from Settings (GDPR / CCPA). Deleting your account removes your data; unpublishing your public profile removes it from search.
We use industry-standard encryption and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you promptly of any material incident affecting your data.
